The processor is an octa-core SC9863A1 with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The storage can be increased up to 512 GB. Itel Pad One runs on Android 12 (Go Edition). It has an 8-megapixel rear camera with an 80-degree wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel AF camera with flash for the selfie camera.

Itel Pad One has a long-lasting 6,000 mAh battery and 10W fast charging system. Dual speakers, 3.5mm audio jack and 4G support make it possible to send text messages and make voice calls. Also, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity helps to connect with other devices. The tablet also has a USB Type-C port. It ensures fast data transfer speed.
