1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup fresh coriander
1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 tsp black pepper
1 green chilli, seeded and chopped (optional)

How to make spicy ginger chutney
In a blender or food processor, combine ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, sugar, salt, cumin powder, black pepper and green chilies (if using).
Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth paste. You may need to add a few tablespoons of water to help the mixture mix properly.
Once the chutney reaches the desired consistency, take it out in a serving bowl.
