The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) provides a variety of services. You can get your address, photo, name etc updated in Aadhaar card on UIDAI's site. In this article, we will tell you how you can update your address in Aadhaar. For this, all you have to do is visit the UIDAI website and follow the steps given below.

Step 1: First of all you have to go to the official website of Aadhaar card http://uidai.gov.in/.

Step 2: Click on My Aadhaar from the drop down menu on the top left side of the website.

Step 3: After this, from the drop-down menu on the top left side of the website, the Update Demographics Data Online option has to be selected.

Step 4: Now you have to login. For this you have to enter your Aadhaar card number, fill captcha code, then click on send OTP.

Step 5: Now an OTP will come on your registered mobile number which you have to enter here.

Step 6: Now you have to click on Update Aadhaar Online. After which a new page will open, in this you have to click on Proceed To Update Aadhaar.

Step 7: Now you have to select the address. After that once again click on Proceed To Update Aadhaar.

Step 8: Here you have to fill your new address as well as upload only one supporting document on which your new address is mentioned.

Step 9: Now you have to click on Next. After this, you will see all the information updated by you, you have to check this information once, then you will have to pay 50 rupees.

Step 10: Now you have the Kis liye aayegi and your address will be updated.
