Where there was a rapid increase in the capacity of gas cylinders, on the other hand, a rapid increase in the prices of oil was also seen. Due to which the budget of the kitchen was also shaken rapidly. Where mustard oil had reached Rs 200 per liter last year, now its price has come down to Rs 160. Similarly, the prices of soyabean and cottonseed oil have also come down.

Now, in this festival of Holi, the common people have got a big relief, the reason for this is that a huge decline has been registered in the prices of edible oils in the capital of the country, Delhi. But there has not been any decline in the prices of palmolein and groundnut oil. Now this year, the common people have felt a great relief due to the shortage before the festival of Holi. Here the biggest reason for the fall in mustard oil is that this year there has been import of more edible oil than required. This is the reason why the arrival of mustard has increased so rapidly in the mandis, as a result of which there has been a huge decline in the price of edible oils.
